When you hire B&D Services, you can expect professionalism and dedication. We commit to showing up on time for all scheduled appointments. After completing the job, we will haul away any compostable materials and clean up any mess we make, leaving your property tidy. You will receive a detailed invoice outlining all project specifics and associated costs before any project work starts, so you are aware of all the details and costs of the services you are receiving. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays or rescheduling, we will communicate promptly to keep you informed.

We accept e-transfer, cash, and cheque as payment options. Half of the total payment is required on the start date of the project. This initial payment acts as a cancellation fee to ensure the workers of B&D Services are compensated for their loss of wage.  If B&D Services fails to show up for scheduled work (without communicating) or does not complete the job fully as agreed upon, customers reserve the right to withhold the remaining half of the payment. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once services have commenced.

If you need to cancel services, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid forfeiting this half payment. if you do not cancel, the half payment will go towards the total price of the project and the other half will be due on the finish date. Rescheduling is flexible, but we kindly ask for at least an hour's notice before our scheduled start time.
